The SND Eastern Kentucky Foundation is seeking proposals for projects related to the Foundation’s Funding Priorities. Proposals will be funded to support needs in the following counties: Bath, Carter, Elliott, Fleming, Lewis, Menifee, Morgan, Rowan

All interested organizations are invited to complete our online application form found at the link below. This brief questionnaire will allow applicants to share information about your organization and the project for which you are seeking funding. The information you provide will allow the Foundation to determine if the project is in line with our funding priorities and goals.

      This application is not intensive and won’t be stressful for the person completing it. It’s designed to gather an       overview of your project. While it is designed to be simple and fairly quick to complete, our system allows you       to save and continue later if you need to take a break or gather additional information to include. If you need       to pause and save your progress, simply click on the save icon under a question beside the question
      number. You will be prompted to create an account and be able to save your submission.

Once a form is submitted, applicants will be contacted by the Foundation within ten business days. At this time, you will learn whether your application has been selected to continue in the grant process.

       • If your application is not successful, you will be informed of the reason, and you
       may choose to revise and resubmit.
       • If your application has been selected to continue in the process, you will be
       asked to provide additional information with more specific details about the
       proposed project.

Applications that fall into the following categories will not be considered:

       • Proposals that are not in line with Catholic teachings and principals
       • Requests for events or sponsorships
               • For example, fundraising dinners or sports team t-shirts
       • Proposals that are political in nature

Submissions are considered quarterly and those received by the priority review deadline will be included in the next review as outlined below.
