The SND Eastern Kentucky Foundation is overseen by a board of seven members that includes Sisters and lay individuals.  Their primary responsibilities include prudent stewardship of the financial assets of the Foundation and ensuring that Catholic principles and the values of the Sisters of Notre Dame are reflected in each awarded grant.
